ANDREAS GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION: We strive to bring you quality home furnishings from the industry’s most respected craftsmen. We will service your furniture at no charge within one year of delivery, regardless of its construction, finish, fabric or parts defect. After that period, parts, labor and transportation may be charged depending on the nature of the repair, age and condition of the furniture, the manufacturer’s warranty and the repair time required.
ANDREAS PRICING POLICY: We start by taking immediate price reductions off the suggested retail prices. That’s how we arrive at Andreas’ Everyday Low Prices – everyday, not just during special events. And when a manufacturer extends Andreas an additional factory authorized discount, we pass that along to you, too. So, when you see us advertise “an additional 10% off Andreas’ Everyday Low Price”, you know that’s real value you can trust.
MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES: We honor all our manufacturers’ warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, also by different components within the manufacturers’ products. It is important to note, depending on warranty terms, age and condition of furniture, shipping, handling and labor may not be covered items. Furniture protection plans may be available. PAYMENT TERMS: Andreas Furniture welcomes payment by cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Full payment is required before delivery arrangements can be made. Qualified buyers may prefer an Andreas Revolving Charge featuring a “same as cash” deferred payment option which requires three days prior approval before scheduled delivery.
SPECIAL ORDERS: We will be happy to arrange special orders of merchandise to meet your decorating needs. When doing so, it is necessary to provide a 30% non-refundable deposit. Andreas Furniture does not require any deposit on orders for furniture which we normally stock.
RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS: If for some reason you are displeased with your order, Andreas Furniture needs to be notified within three business days after delivery or customer pick-up. Merchandise will be picked up by our professional delivery staff on the next available delivery truck. Please note, all returned special orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee. The remaining 20% of the non-refundable deposit will be kept on account and applied to future purchases.
RETURNS ON STOCK MERCHANDISE: As part of our commitment to guarantee customer satisfaction, Andreas will accept returns of stocking merchandise for a 100% refund. However, we will need to be notified within three business days after delivery or customer pick-up. Merchandise will be picked up by our professional delivery staff on the next available delivery truck.
Customer’s Own Material (COM): Special orders of upholstered furniture utilizing material other than the manufacturer of the frame style will require a non-refundable full payment in advance. Such orders may not be returned.
Non–returnable/Non-refundable Items: Rugs, bed covers, mattress pads, arm caps, pillows, decorative pillows and fabric yardage are all non-returnable items. Fabric protection is non-refundable.
BEDDING: Please allow an adequate period of time for your body to adjust to your sleep set. King and queen sets must have a center support system. In addition, a mattress pad is required by the manufacturer’s warranty to preserve the surface quality of the bedding.
DELIVERY AND SERVICE: Delivery and service schedules are predetermined by zip code for efficient routing. Frequency of delivery, service to your area and applicable charges, if any, should be discussed with your sales associate or Andreas Furniture’s customer service department. Due to our competitive pricing, large volume and wide coverage area, Andreas Furniture cannot honor delivery time requests. Most deliveries are completed between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm. Our delivery team will call you between 3:00pm and 6:00pm the day before delivery to provide you with a two-hour time estimate. If prior arrangements are made, our delivery staff will contact you on your day of delivery shortly before arriving at your home.
HOLDING OF MERCHANDISE: We will hold your furniture in our warehouse for 30 days after you have been notified that your merchandise is available for delivery. Should circumstances arise which require an extended period of storage, we will continue storage for another 30 days with a deposit of an additional 30% of the balance due on your order. After 60 days, full payment is required and delivery will be scheduled.
ESTIMATED ORDER ARRIVAL: We quote the best estimate from information that factories provide us. All orders are subject to manufacturer availability. Andreas Furniture cannot be held responsible for merchandise if it is delayed by the manufacturer. If you are notified of a long delay and your merchandise is NOT in “production”, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
AS-IS-CLEARANCE: These items are sold as-is with no warranty, refunds, returns or cancellations. All as-is items must be paid in full at the time of purchase and scheduled for delivery or pick-up as soon as possible. We will service and deliver these items but fees may apply. FURNITURE PROTECTION PLAN: If you choose to add a “Furniture Protection Plan” to your order, you may call us up to two days prior to delivery of your order.
